Who are invaders?
Invader is the one which breaks off ecological chain links. Therefore the species of invaders directly affect the ecology, economy and biodiversity of their regions.
Pine Processionary Thaumetopoea pityocampa is also one of the most destructive of forest insects, capable of defoliating vast tracts of pines during its episodic population surges. Especially, Pinus nigra is a great shelter for these invaders. These invaders prevents the normal development of Pinus nigra trees. The barks of the trees are being harmed by these insects. Therefore other parasite species find the oppurtunity to develop and harm the Pinus nigra trees. We can prevent the rapidly destroy of ecological balance by knowing enough information about the species of invader and also by taking important precautions into account.
